Diane is a native New Englander a resident of Maine since 1989 and has resided in Yarmouth for the past 8 years. She has 15 years Real Estate experience, 11 of those years in Sales Management positions.

Diane is a certified coach and has extensive experience in agent training and development. In addition Diane is an Accrediated Home Staging Specialist and practicing Feng Shui designer.

Diane is the founder and Director of the Amy St. Laurent Foundation. A non-profit organization dedicated to the proctection of women and children from violence. She also gives her time as a volunteer to SARS and is a member of an advisory board for Community Counceling Center (2003 to present).

Kelly has lived and worked in the Yarmouth area for the last 4 years, residing in Freeport and specializing in Buyer Representation. She enjoys working with buyers and finds the challenge of locating their "dream home" exciting and rewarding. Sharing time and getting to know buyers through the process, and truly listening to their wants and needs is a vital part of finding them the perfect home.

As an Accredited Home Staging Specialist, Kelly uses her eye for interior design and Feng Shui knowledge to assist sellers in preparing their home for listing.

She couples her real estate and design talents with her husband Greg's passion for building to design and build homes as Greg Fitzpatrick, Inc, General Contractor.

When not working for her clients, Kelly volunteers on the Freeport Conservation Commission, Maine State Ballet, Friends of the Robinson Ballet, and Casco Bay Movers in Portland.

Jenn has over fifteen years experience in corporate finance and has spent the last ten years as Vice President of a high-end home design and construction company, Fine Lines in Maine, where her responsibilities range from financial management to the creativity of working with architects and builders to help homeowners’ ideas come to life.

Jenn graduated from Husson College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and she is a member of the Portland Board of Realtors. She and her husband live in Cumberland with their children. In her free time, Jenn enjoys traveling with her family, gardening, skiing and golfing.

Wendy began her sales career after college in the insurance industry with State Farm in Yarmouth, Maine. The following year she joined Winter People Image Marketing located in Freeport.  Over the past fifteen years, she has been an integral part of Winter People in assisting the owners from a start-up business to over 30 employees. In her professional sales experience, she grew her book of business and managed the sales force and call center sale operations. 

Since 1993, Wendy and her husband, Clay owned and managed several investment properties in Greater Portland and Lewiston/Auburn. 

In 1992, Wendy graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Real Estate. Her hobbies include alpine skiing, hiking and renovating residential homes & investment properties.  She resides in Yarmouth, Maine with her husband and two children.

Patty was born in Portland and is a life long resident of Maine. She raised her four children in South Portland and was employed by Maine Medical Center in Nursing and then in the Pharmacy where she worked until she started her real estate career. Patty lives in Durham with her husband, Steve, who is employed by the City of Auburn. Along with being an avid gardener Patty loves to travel and has been to many states including Alaska and destinations as far away as Ireland, Scotland, England and Italy. In the summer she and Steve enjoy kayaking and walking the beaches.  Patty has been and active Real Estate agent for the past six years and has worked with clients from Gorham to Lewiston and places in between.  Patty enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and her goal is to make the transaction as smooth as possible for everyone and have fun while doing it.
